What if I don’t have QuickBooks Online or accounting software?

Short answer: no (but don't worry, I won't leave you hanging). I do not offer tax services. Ledgr Life specializes in advisory-first outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services that help you gain clarity and confidence in your numbers and the direction your business is headed. While I don't prepare tax returns, I'm happy to work directly with your existing tax professional or connect you with a trusted referral if needed. Learn more about my services here.

Every Ledgr Life package combines monthly bookkeeping with accounting advisory services, giving you accurate books and the insight to know what they mean. The Foundation package starts at $800/month and includes monthly bookkeeping with fractional controller support and quarterly advisory sessions. The Confidence package starts at $1,200/month and adds ongoing monthly advisory support. The Momentum package starts at $2,000/month and includes fractional CFO-level support, advanced forecasting, and strategic planning.
Accounting support services, like vendor management, invoice management, and payroll processing, are available as optional add-ons to any package.

We use Fathom in every advisory session to walk through your numbers, track the metrics that matter most to your business, and build both short-term and long-term cash flow projections and annual budgets.

Yes. Fractional Controller support is built into every package. Our team manages your month-end close, full account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, so your books are accurate and ready to inform decisions. Fractional CFO-level engagements may be available for businesses with more advanced financial planning and advisory needs. My background includes corporate accounting, finance, and consulting experience in forecasting, budgeting, debt financing, and debt compliance. Opportunities for this type of engagement are assessed based on the unique needs of each business.
